How to contact support

Every way to reach TrendTrader Pro support — the in-app Messenger with instant AI answers, email, and this help center — plus response-time expectations.

Written by TrendTrader Pro Team

We want getting help to be the easiest part of your day. Here's every way to reach us, fastest first.

The Messenger (fastest)

The chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the app is the quickest way to get an answer. On mobile, open Settings and tap Get help to launch the same Messenger.

When you start a conversation, our AI support agent answers instantly, 24/7. It's trained on this entire help center — plans, billing, signals, charts, account questions — and resolves most questions on the spot. If your question needs a human (billing disputes, account-specific investigation, anything the AI can't resolve), it hands the conversation to our team automatically. You never have to re-explain; the team sees the full conversation.

Email

Prefer email? Write to [email protected]. You'll get the same team, and the conversation threads into the same inbox as the Messenger.

Help center

You're reading it — support.trendtrader.pro is searchable and covers the platform end to end: getting started, how signals work, plans and billing, account security, and troubleshooting. Most answers are one search away, any hour of the day.

Response times

  • AI agent: instant, around the clock.

  • Human replies: typically within 1–2 business days, often much sooner.

Tips for a fast resolution

  • Ask in the Messenger while logged in — we can see your account context (plan, recent activity) and skip the back-and-forth.

  • For billing questions, mention the email address on the subscription if it differs from the one you're writing from.

  • Charged twice, or see a billing error? Message us in the Messenger — don't use the in-app Refund Request form, which is only for 7-day guarantee claims. Billing errors are fixed directly, no form needed.

  • For anything visual (a chart issue, a layout glitch), a screenshot attached in the Messenger speeds things up enormously.

Whatever channel you pick, a real resolution — not a canned reply — is the goal.
