Upgrade to Pro
Open the app and go to Settings.
In the subscription section, click Upgrade to Pro.
The billing portal opens directly on the plan-change screen — confirm the switch there.
Your upgrade takes effect right away, unlocking intraday signals.
Downgrade to Core
Open the app and go to Settings.
In the subscription section, click Downgrade to Core.
Confirm the change in the billing portal.
You'll keep your current plan's features until the change takes effect, then continue on Core with daily signals and full chart access.
Cancel your subscription
Open the app and go to Settings.
Click Manage billing — the secure billing portal opens in a new tab.
Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.
What happens after I cancel?
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you've already paid for that time, so you keep full access until it runs out.
Your Settings page will show the date your access ends instead of a renewal date.
You won't be charged again.
Your account itself stays open, so if you come back later you can resubscribe in a couple of clicks and pick up where you left off.
Changed your mind?
If you cancel and then decide to stay, just reopen the billing portal from Settings → Manage billing before your period ends and resume the subscription — your access continues uninterrupted.
A note on deleting your account
Deleting your account is separate from canceling your subscription. If your subscription is still active and billing, you'll be asked to cancel it first before the account can be deleted. See your Settings page for the account deletion option.
